In town touristing! 𓇢𓆸

Hey hey, lovelies, well this actually happened during my birthday month (I know I know it's been over a month), right at the end though after my day hehe... so some of the things I'm gonna talk about would still be relevant to my day okie! ( • ᴗ - ) ✧

This place we went to has been on the to-visit/ to-go list for quite a while and we finally went there as we said; the Dragon Fruit Farm. Didn't really expect it to be just 10 mins away from our house like woahhh, thought it's gonna be further away~

Anyway, as a tourist should be, we also went to their farm to see the fruits before plucking (got to see some of them still*) and also for photos, of course, with the famous ginormous dragon fruit statue (or building they said; refer to their board). There was also a smaller and cuter one of the yellow dragon fruit deeper into their farm. It was truly humid that noon, as we expected from the heat, it's gonna be raining later and it did!

I took some photos here and there. Did I mention that it's a pretty nice spot for airplane viewing? They really helped with the snaps to be better, too ˙✧˖°📷 ༘ ⋆｡˚.

*psst: they had to harvest them all out soon after they're ripe since there'll be monkeys coming and taking the fruits away hence you'll see fewer dragon fruits on the trees~

After some sweaty but fun photo sessions and farm touring, we bought fresh dragon fruit popsicles to cool down before heading to their unique cafe with dishes made from dragon fruit on their menu. That being said, it's gonna be full of pink!

Here's what I meant by some relevant things to my birthday. As we ordered their signature curry bun, we had to cut it open and serve it ourselves. While still feeling that September mood, with me cutting it, just felt like I had a cake-cutting ceremony so, we jokingly sang a birthday song and celebrated it casually... lol, it was definitely my style for things like this on my birthday with special and quirky cake.

After some pinky moments, we planned to go for some chocolaty time 30 mins apart but luck wasn't on our side with the second place as there were no parking spaces available and the place was quite small... decided to try it next time and prepare ourselves for some walking (to park further from the shop) and riding smaller vehicle haha. (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

DRAGON FRUIT CAFE?

It was not a disappointment and I can see that we'll return to eat more of their dragon fruit specialties and act like it was just a regular cafe for us to have lunch casually next time, not as a tourist spot anymore >ᴗ<
