Which behaviour is better??How to know that a person is good in both??

Inner behaviour is different from outside behaviour...if from the outside of a person is bad,that doesn't mean that the inner behaviour of a person is also bad.It could be better than the outside behaviour!!So,don't judge a person only from the outside behaviour...In the other hand,it could also be that if from the outside behaviour of a person is good,that doesn't mean that a person is good in the inside.Sometimes,if a person is good on the outside,a person can also be good in the inside.It's hard for us to judge a person whether a person is good or not,that make us confused...
